Ease of installation (one screw in less than one minute). Due to the taper angle cuts the mount will not move, once tightened down. Can be used for right or left hand shooters. The mount will fit any AR-series rifle, with a standard front sight. This mount is designed to be used with Streamlite M-series lights, or for the X-200 surefire weapons, lights, and other brand name lights with the same mounting features. This mount will also accept a standard weaver ring. Constructed of 6061 aluminum, and hard coat anodized for a lifetime of service.
