How to order Rifles and lowers
1. The BATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms) states that we can only transfer a complete firearm, stripped lower or lower half to a FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder in your state. If you live in Illinois you can arrange to pick the component directly from us or we can transfer to a dealer (FFL holder) closer to you.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSURING THAT YOU CAN HAVE THIS TYPE OF FIREARM IN YOUR AREA! Some local ordinances prohibit certain features and models (example: AR15)
If you are unsure check with your local dealer, law enforcement personnel or the BATF.
2. Before we can ship the item we MUST have a signed copy of your FFL holders license in our possession. The license will be checked for validity against the BATF website. A fax copy WILL work but it must be legible have the setting set on FINE. Fax to 309-534-8175

3. Due to failure to complete transactions in the past, purchases made with a money order WILL NOT be ordered from manufacturer until the money order/ cashiers check arrives. This is at the discretion of owners, existing customers may have this waived. If you supply a credit card we will order immediately (your card will not be charged until the item ships)
4. As a side note we have found many dealers are SLOW to send a FFL, our suggestion is that you make a pre addressed, stamped envelope to us, hand it to your dealer and watch him sign and put his license in it. Then YOU mail it. Most dealers are fair in transfer fees, RB Precision charges $20.00 to transfer. If you need a dealer to transfer a firearm or component check with us we have dealers who will transfer in almost every state.
5. Some dealers may request our FFL before they will mail or fax theirs, this is not a problem email us with their mailing address.
